Begin your day with a pickup from'your bespoke guide at'your place of'accommodation'in and around'Cape'Town. The Constantia Valley region has a winemaking history dating back to 1685 and which boast 8 award-winning estates neatly tucked behind Table Mountain.

As you proceed from Cape Town to Constantia your guide will give you a background of the history of Constantia. Your first destination for the day will be the legendary Steenberg Wine Estate. Established in 1682, it is the oldest registered farm in South Africa and therefore'steeped in history. Steenberg Vineyards produces a variety of wines, including'M'thode Cap Classique & Sauvignon Blanc which they are more well known for.'So enjoy'tasting 5 wines here with a magnificent scenery in the Tasting Lounge or Outdoor Terrace surrounded by infinity pools and reflective water features set before some of the most remarkable scenery in Cape Town.

Once you arrive at Groot Constantia, South Africa's oldest wine producing estate dating back to 1685. Here we will delve into the magnificent history of the estate on a short walking site tour, visiting the Manor House and Cloete Cellar.'

After a morning or afternoon filled with'breathtaking'views and a stunning array of wines, you move on to the boutique'vineyard, Constantia Glen. This will be our lunch stop which is included with wine tasting. In a region where Sauvignon Blanc and white wines reign supreme, this'boutique'vineyard is more planted to Red Grape'Variety.
